Façade Cleaning
Exterior facades are cleaned with high-pressure hoses and cleaning agents where necessary.
High-Rise Window Cleaning
CCM offers a high-rise window cleaning service with a rope access team of certified rope technicians. We take all safety precautions and measures into consideration in order for us to carry out the service as safely and effectively as possible.
Signage Maintenance/ Removals
Our high access accredited team has been qualified to clean, maintain, remove signage.
We also replace burnt-out LED lights. We have experience working on Aluminum signage, 3D illuminated signage, light-boxes and Neon signs.
Silo Cleaning
Professional Silo Cleaning is another service that the CCM rope access technicians can assist with. CCM will work closely with clients to access the best cleaning solutions and specifications for their silo cleaning.
Rope Access Anchor Bolt Services
As an extension of our high rise service offering, CCM is authorised to re-certify and install anchor point bolts. Our testing gets done at 6KN and follow the SANS standard 50795-1.
Our staff are professionally trained and IWH accredited. We ensure that all our points are certified to sustain two people, should a rescue have to take place. At CCM, you can ensure the job is in good hands.
